“Nature always wins” – Poison Ivy
This was a rather abrupt concoction of a typical juice that I whip up. You see, I love to experiment with watermelon. Having had a recent round of heavy duty antibiotics, I had been in search of hydration boosters and ways to boost my red blood cell production. Watermelon not only helps produce and move blood through the body, lowering blood pressure and riding with the benefits of lycopene.
Beets are the bomb. Boosting and defending nutrients with high levels of vitamin C, betaine, folate, potassium and magnesium. What I love the most about beets though, its their ability to help reduce blood pressure and ANEMIA, which essentially helps improve circulation and overall cognitive functions. I, like many struggle with the debilitating effects of anemia, and its critical that I maintain the restoration of my overall blood levels.

I’m proud of this one, and whip it up whenever I need an energy booster or a long term blood rejuvenator. Enjoy this one folks
