
So, nice cream is like a dream come true of mine because while I have a sweet tooth, I splurge with ice creams an cakes in moderation. I don’t want to have to compromise by giving up certain pleasures, but I can attempt to make matters more nutritious at the very least.
What I love most about the world of nice cream, is the simplicity and light sweetness brought to you by nanners themselves. It’s all non-dairy. BONUS. I mean seriously, you plop a few frozen bananas in a high-tech blender or food processor and you’re almost done. Its like a blank canvas of endless creations.

So, this baby is loaded with tons of superfoods like chia seeds, hulled hemp seeds, goji berries walnuts, antioxidant-rich fruits and flax meal. Whip them all up and you’ve got the perfect superfood nice cream!

It should look a little something like this, and should be thick in texture. For extra tartness, just add a few more tart cherries. Scoop into a bowl and top with a superfood of choice, more fruit or a granola if you need a quick breakfast. Ba-Boom
Queen Of Tarts Nice Cream

“The Queen of Hearts, she made some tarts, all on a hot summer's day." This perfectly tart, dairy-free superfood blend is the queen of nutrient-dense desserts. It's my go-to nice cream all year!
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Tart Cherries
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Goji Berries
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tsp Flax Meal
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add frozen bananas and fruit into high-tech blender or food processor, and add almond milk ass needed in order to blend until smooth and thick (using a spatula helps w the blending process)
- Add in chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, walnuts, flax meal and vanilla and process again until smooth
- Scoop out mixture and top with favorite toppings like granola, nut butter, fruit or superfoods of choice
- Enjoy one brain freeze at a time
