Mangoes are my favorite tropical fruit, next to pineapple. Ever tried green mangoes? That’s like next dimension stun your taste buds stuff. I really love when I randomly mix ingredients up and am pleasantly surprised at the delicious outcome. This was one of those scenarios for sure. Mango compliments almond butter in a way I cannot describe.

Damn, just look at those nutty flakes in there. The perfect blend of nanners, mangoes, nuts and omega rich foods like chia, hemp and flax. Topped with chunks of my favorite grain-free granola. It’s like a nice cream dream. Simply blend frozen bananas with the frozen mango and milk, then add in almond butter, superfoods and MCT oil.

I’m so flippin proud of this one (as per usual), but honestly, nice cream never really disappoints though. By the way, if you’re a nice cream virgin, use a spatula in your food processor or high-tech blender as you blend the bananas and frozen fruit, this just helps blend all the frozen chunks thoroughly and smoothly. Also, save any leftovers in like a bread pan or container so that it remains scoopable.
