So I’m posting this quickie recipe which can honestly be used as a breakfast, light lunch, heavy snack or even dessert! It’s pretty versatile and a classic favorite in the plant-based, smoothie-loving foodie world I suppose! Greens, bananas and almond butter, oh my! It’s honestly a favorite of mine and I’m always playing around with the recipe, but this is the original. It’s simple.

What I really love about this smoothie is the versatility in terms of adding protein powder, without it affecting taste or texture. This is also a great energy booster or binder for upset stomachs, with high potassium levels. Almond buutttaa just has a way of going well with anything. You could definitely say it’s a staple food in my home and heart. This smoothie is also a great to add or sneak in some greens without even knowing. Who cares how you get your greens, as long as you get them! Starting off the day with a cup full of whatever is green to the eye is a must for me.
Add all ingredients into a high-tech blender or food processor and get blendin!
