“Everything’s impossible until somebody does it”, yes that was a quote from Bruce Wayne himself. I’ve turned my new favorite nut butter into a heroic treat. I really want to introduce you to this fantastic nut butter and overall company! I’ve been making a wide variety of keto snack from back in February when I went on a temporary ketogenic diet. However, these snacks will always be around even though I’m no longer on a keto diet, just because they will always serve as a great source of instant energy, good fats, and let’s face it who doesn’t make a Batman inspired snack?

There are so many different versions of keto bites, bombs and snacks out there. Often times, they are super expensive (let’s face it, it’s true), and they are actually really easy to make at home saving time and craploads of money. These have really become little superheroes that always rescue the day when I’m feeling weak from low blood sugar, these provide instant energy. They have truly become my go-to!

So, this new favorite nut butter of mine is from a company called NuttZo. What I love about the particular butter I have used for this recipe, is the wide-variety of different nuts used, and the exclusion of particular nuts such as peanuts which are high in mold and a common allergy. The butter includes a 7 nut blend of almonds, coconut, pecans, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, flax and chia seeds, and sea salt. It’s as simple as that! The particular butter I am talking about is their “Keto Butter”. It’s all gluten-free, paleo, vegan, low in carbs, non-gmo, and crunchy as hell! If you are a peanut lover they do offer other nut-butter blends that all serve different purposes. They even have chocolate, collagen and pumpkin blended butters! Also check out the backstory behind the company. It’s really heartwarming. You can click the button below to visit the site and buy the Keto-Butter!
You can honestly use any nut butter to make this recipe or keto bites such as almond, cashew, sunflower or macadamia butters. However, just be advised that the ratios I provide in this recipe is geared towards the Keto Butter, but you can definitely get creative and feel out your own recipe! Always feel free to reach out to me for Keto Bomb guidance!

Yup, I obviously used Batman logo silicone molds in spirit of the Batman theme, but honestly any silicone molds of choice will work just as well 🙂
Batman's Keto Bombs

It's Batman baby, and he's here to save the day with these heroic little keto bombs!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup NuttZo Keto Butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup)
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Almond Flour or Meal
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
- 1 Tsp Melted Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Use a silicone mold and rub the inner regions with the melted coconut oil
- Mix all ingredients together or in a food processor until smooth
- Pour or manually add (whether you pour with a liquid consistency or manually smush the nut butter blend in the molds will be dependent on how you chose to blend)
- For a liquid consistency blend manually, for a thick consistency blend in food processor
- Place the molds in refrigerator for 10 minutes and remove one hardened enough to push out of the molds without the mixture falling apart
- I like to sprinkle extra sea salt and almond flour on top afterwards for extra flavor
Notes
TIP: I obviously used the Batman Logo for silicone molds which you can purchase on amazon, but any silicone mold of choice will work!
