Overnight oats have been a super popular way to get in nutrition in a convenient, delicious way. Not to mention they’re fun to make, last forever and serve as a blank canvas of breakfast.
HOW TO MAKE OVERNIGHT OATS
1. Add the oats to a container or mason jar. Combine the oats with the milk chill in the fridge for 4-8 hours, or overnight (24 hours) covering with a lid.
2. Remove once the oats have fully absorbed the liquid in the jar, and are softened. Mix in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
3. If you used a mason jar, you can eay right out of the jar, adding sliced apples, nuts or whatever topping floats your boat!

I should also mention that you can eat the oats warm or cold, but eating them cold allows for resistant starch to develop, and we all love that!
