
I’m on a mission to make your pumpkin dreams come true! But this time, lets mesh it in a protein filled superfood smoothie! In my opinion, pumpkin season should be year-round but surely I’m always in the market for a good protein smoothie! Like I said, it’s pumpkin pie in liquid form!
One of my favorite combos is anything pumpkin, with PECANS! This not only ups the ante with those pumpkin pie goals, but adds a whole lotta extra calcium & magnesium. Another thing, did you know that cinnamon helps lower blood sugar and pressure? Plus the protein, this smoothie really is a go-to for me in terms of wanting that seasonal flavor, plus a pre/post workout immune booster

I know, let’s cut to the chase right!? I add one frozen banana (frozen is the key folks!), pumpkin puree, pecans, one scoop protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, Ester C (vitamin C powder), and a tad of turmeric all mixed with plant milk and BOOM, your pumpkin dreams have come true!
Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

It's like liquid, pumpkin pie, only protein filled!
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Crushed Pecans
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Sunwarrior)
- 1 Capsule or Tsp Ester C (Vitamin C) optional
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder (optional)
- 1 Cup Oat Milk (or plant milk of choice)
Instructions
1. Place and combine all ingredients into a high-tech blender and slowly blend until smooth, thick and creamy!
2. Pour into glass and enjoy as desired!
